Electronic-Mechanical Assembler II/III

Fridley, MN | Contract to Hire | $21-$24/hour

This role involves performing electronic and mechanical assembly operations on high-quality printed circuit boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Build cable assemblies, including soldering, crimping, and wiring.
• Assemble frames and sub-assemblies requiring hardware usage.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions, such as blueprints, assembly layouts, and wiring schematics.
• Conduct touch-up work with soldering iron, hand tools, and electronic devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Ability to comprehend basic work instructions, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in electronic-mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with PCBA's and assembly.
• Knowledge of IPC J-STD and IPC-A-610 standards.
