- Perform data analysis, review and consolidation of a variety of sales forecasts and reports.
- Investigate discrepancies with reports and reconciliations.
- Monitor, review and distribute daily cost tracker.
- Compile and consolidate weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Complete month end financial package reporting requirements.
- Complete ad-hoc monthly reporting as support for various meetings for review.
- Assist with review of tool and capital cash tracking.
- Investigate discrepancies related to various reports and reconciliations.
- Accountable for the accuracy of reports and data produced, reconciliations prepared, and meeting month end deadlines.
- Establishes/maintains relationships with Plant and Corporate Finance team as well as Operations team.
- Minimum three years relevant work experience within the automotive industry preferred.
- Ability to pay attention to details and passion for learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with conflict.
- Ability to organize workload to maximize efficiencies.
- Good use of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent computer skills (SAP, MSWord, Excel, MS Office).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
