Job summary
We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding network of independent primary care practices in North Carolina.Aid providers with continuity of care by ensuring referrals get submitted promptly to high value specialists and close the loop of care by obtaining consult notes after specialist visits.
This is a full-time role involving 8 hours weekday shifts with no weekends schedule.The position works a hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.
