    Role & Responsibilities:
    Primary Duties:
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process which includes:
    • Oversee the generation of contracts and addendums detailing all responsibilities, compensation rates, work schedules and other project or engagement details as needed
    • Ensure that background checks, site specific training and compliance requirements are met and communicated with the team
    • Communicate with other departments to gather necessary information to onboard new employees/consultants onto new projects and assignments
    • Update company database with new hire information
    • Coordinate relocation and redeployment of new employees as needed
    • Actively gather and process feedback from new hires on the onboarding process and recommend improvements where required
    • Act as point of Contact for employees, consultants and new hires
    • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
    • Keep up to date with HR policies and regulations and work with operations to update policies accordingly
    Compliance:
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify Client specific compliance requirements
    • Monitor and ensure that the Company is following compliance requirements
    • Oversee compliance boards and ensure updates are completed on time, maintaining a positive score
    • Set up training sessions for employees when mandatory to meet compliance requirements and ensure that required certificates are up to date
    • Stay up to date on industry research and update Company policies as required
    • Maintain up to date insurance documents
    Qualifications / Requirements:
    • College or University diploma or degree in Contracts Administration, Project Management, Business Administration or Human Resources
    • CHRP designation preferred
    • Good understanding of contracts and contracts administration preferred
    • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - willingness and ability to pick up the phone when necessary to resolve issues and follow up with Consultants
    • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines when required
    • Ability to provide timely and accurate feedback to Reporting Manager, Consultants and Account Managers
    • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Pleasant and professional demeanor with an ability to work cooperatively with others
