Job summary: The Lead Line Cook will oversee kitchen staff in inventory management ordering supplier relationships food quality maintenance. Will serve as MOD when F&B Manager is out supervising culinary team maintaining food safety standards monitoring equipment arranging repairs service needed performing other requested functions by F&B Manager General Manager management.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience as a Line Cook Lead Line Cook required.
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in similar role preferred.
