    Description

    High School Science Teacher

    We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated High School Science Teacher who will prepare all students with the tools and knowledge to critically engage in the field of science.

    1. Instruction:
      You'll teach a curriculum that includes analysis of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Sciences that prepares students for Advanced Placement (AP) collegiate level coursework.
      You'll develop students' practices skills of questioning, modeling constructing explanations data analysis argumentation planning conducting interactive labs You You create environment where students feel confident using voice engage scientific discourse Facilitate student-led discourse during which facilitate inquiry various scientific topics engage lab project-based performance tasks Work department determine academic engagement goals
      You meet weekly principal/coach analyze respond trends student work samples assessments Learn implement strategies differentiate instruction learners classroom
