A Global Supply Chain Leader Wanted

We're looking for a talented Product Sourcing Manager who will drive strategic vendor relationships and manage global supply chain operations across multiple locations, time zones, and hemispheres.

Key Responsibilities

Sustain strong vendor partnerships, developing and executing product sourcing strategies with clear cost targets, contract negotiations, and business strategy planning.
Create and implement a competitive sourcing process, identifying and qualifying new suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance service and lead times.
Pursue cost savings opportunities, propose initiatives to management, implement solutions, and track progress.
Secure second sources for critical products to ensure business continuity, pricing competitiveness, and operational flexibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and country certifications required for sale in target markets.
Analyze market conditions, identify challenges, and present mitigation plans to management.
Serve as the escalation point for supplier-related concerns.
Lead quarterly business reviews and product road maps with key vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive Product Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Procurement experience, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
3+ years of direct Supplier Management and Contract Negotiation experience.
A proven track record of driving cost reduction.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Effective relationship management and interpersonal skills.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse challenges.
