Explore an exciting opportunity as a Maintenance Technician for a medical device company.
This challenging and rewarding role involves executing complex tests, inspecting materials with precision, and collaborating with engineers on fixture design and development.
Responsibilities:
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment.
Corrective maintenance activities include:
troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities
Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities.
Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities.
Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems.
Requirements:
High-School Diploma and relevant experience or Technical degree
2-5 years of troubleshooting experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Controls Logic, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Ethernet communication, DeviceNet, Networks
Experience with root cause analysis
Experience supporting production and maintenance of medical devices
