    We are a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Full Stack .Net Developer. This position reports to IT Applications Manager and will work in Litchfield, Illinois office.
    About the position
    As a Full Stack .Net Developer in the IT team, you will be involved in design, build, and improve our internal systems and integrations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems, deliver reliable software, and continuously enhance user and business outcomes.
    Your main responsibilities

    • Analyze workflows and system pain points; design and implement improvements
    • Design, code, test, implement, and document application features and services
    • Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
    • Prepare test data, validate results, and monitor performance during testing
    • Create user guides and training materials; support and train end users as needed
    • Partner with Operations, Product, and Finance to improve internal customer experience across the business
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering within agreed timelines
    • Contribute to team practices including code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing

    Skills & Requirements
    A suitable background would be a solid experience within front and back-end development – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
    • Experience with .NET (C#; VB.NET experience is a plus)
    • Web development with ASP.NET (WebForms or MVC)
    • Front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    • Relational databases: SQL Server or MySQL (writing queries, schema design basics)
    • Experience building or consuming REST APIs
    • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
    • Understanding of MVC or MVVM design patterns
    • Experience preferred with or other modern JavaScript frameworks; WinForms or WPF desktop development; Azure DevOps Pipelines / CI-CD; Salesforce, SSRS, SSIS, TFS Release Management; Ecommerce or EDI application development; Systems integration and integration services experience; Exposure to AI integrations
