If you're a Registered Nurse seeking a rewarding Full-Time Case Management position in the Ottumwa area please consider a growing position with Us Home Health experience preferred but not required, on the job training provided for qualified candidates.

    • Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Shared and flexible on call weekend rotation.

    • Competitive Salary Range, based on professional/educational experience.

    • Sign on bonus up to $10,000.

    • Referral Bonus Program.

    • Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.

    • A generous PTO accrual rate with Paid Holidays.


    Qualifications for this position include:

    • Active Iowa RN Licensure.

    • CPR Certification.

    • Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation.

    • Prior home care experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

    • Experience with OASIS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and EMR (Wellsky/Kinnser) software preferred but will train the right candidate.

    • Ability to work independently with good time management/organizational skills as well as part of a close supportive team.
