    This is a new role within the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College (MLFTC) team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strong client relationships to ensure engagement and satisfaction and with our professional learning services, resulting in new education partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.

    The Client Engagement Manager will represent a broad portfolio of professional learning programs and services designed to help schools and education systems empower the education workforce. Mostly virtual courses but some live events will be offered.

    This is a hybrid role working out of the Tempe, AZ campus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the MLFTC marketing team to generate new business opportunities and oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
    • Engage with leads through sales presentations and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales process and serving as a consistent point of contact after the sale.
    • Establish and maintain client relationships as the primary liaison to manage expectations and guarantee satisfaction with our professional learning services.
    • Leverage market research insights to inform sales strategies and contribute to product development, tailoring solutions to meet client-specific needs.
    • Monitor sales performance and client engagement, continuously utilizing feedback to enhance our professional learning offerings.
    • Support clients to choose, shape, and customize Professional Learning subscriptions; work with clients to understand what courses and services are needed to address their workforce learning needs.
    • Identify and engage target clients to form new relationships and expand MLFTC's influence, particularly among senior and executive education leaders.
    • Lead exploratory discussions with clients to understand their organizational challenges and professional learning needs.
    • Keep detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client engagements in the CRM system and generate reports as needed.
    • Promote and enhance MLFTC's brand, embodying the value of engagement with our professional learning offerings.
    • Prepare reports, supervise, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring quality control and progress on projects.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree

    5+ years' B2B solution sales experience into K-12 education space

    Experience working in Higher Education preferred

    Tech Sales experience preferred

    SALARY

    $60,000-$85,000 (no commission)
