    The Director of Digital Marketing & Engagement is a full-time, salaried position responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's digital marketing initiatives.

    Primary duties include collaborating with partners to develop digital marketing plans, maintaining methods of tracking and analyzing campaign data, analyzing customer behavior on websites, and serving as a primary website content manager.

    Required qualifications include 5 years of experience in the following areas: content management, social media management, and email marketing. Proficiency in HTML, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Google Ads, and email marketing systems is preferred. Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems, such as Tessitura is a plus. Prior experience managing a digital marketing team is preferred. The salary range for this role starts at $77,000.
