Healthcare Operations Manager
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to lead various functions at our outpatient facility. The role involves managing clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects, building and motivating a diverse team, collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, and staying compliant with regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-reliant, and have strong management and computer skills. Previous experience in dialysis management for at least 12 months or 5 years in dialysis with 12 months of management experience is preferred. Possession of a current RN state license is a plus. Depending on expertise and location, there are opportunities for sign-on bonuses and relocation support.
