- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information technology.
- This position is based in Memphis, TN. The role may require travel to project/Client's location.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex SAP Application Development work and Projects following SAP best practices and Activate methodology.
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS etc.,). Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a significant plus.
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively present to senior management and C-level executives.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the client's business and IT leadership.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a distributed team of SAP functional and technical consultants, both onsite and offshore.
- Oversee all aspects of the Application Development activities, change management, and service request fulfillment.
- Ensure all services are delivered within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Develop and maintain program governance, including regular status meetings, steering committee presentations, and performance reporting.
- Manage the program budget, scope, and resource allocation effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Present program performance, value, and strategic recommendations to the client on a regular basis.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage the program's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and new initiatives in alignment with client business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with client's IT policies, change management procedures, and security protocols.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to team members and client personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the client to define and refine the long-term SAP roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and new service offerings (e.g., RPA, S/4HANA migration, cloud integration).
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives or technologies that can provide value to the client.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new SAP technologies provide strategic guidance to the client.
