    Description
    The HR Manager role provides human resources leadership on site for our Capitol Heights Grow and Manufacturing facility.

    This role is responsible to execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives, that simultaneously support the managers and team members on site.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building successful relationships, influencing peers and others without authority, and providing sound HR guidance to managers that moves the business forward in a way that is both empathetic and action orientated.

    This role assumes responsibility for positive team member relations and the full team member lifecycle, and championing Holistic's culture within the location.

    Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    Develop and execute strategies to foster a work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, motivated, and a sense of belongingPartner with department managers and supervisors to support the teams and the businessSupport complete team member lifecycleConduct team member onboarding & orientationEnsure new hire training and annual training has been completed for all team membersLead Performance Management Administration, including quarterly feedback sessions and annual reviewsSupport Human Resource Managers with Manager & Leadership TrainingsConsult with managers on discipline and related investigatory responsibilities for team member issuesManage leaves of absenceResponsible for data entry and management within our HRIS system (Payright)

    Promote HR programs, including DEI initiativesAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and turnover ratesAdminister compensation and benefit plansAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesMaintain personnel files and records in electronic and paper formEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits andGeneralRegulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials, if applicableEducation/Experience:3+ years of human resources related experienceBS degree business, HR or related field is preferredExceptional project management skillsExceptional verbal communication and people skillsRequired Knowledge and Skills:Cannabis experience is desiredUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systemsAptitude in problem-solvingDemonstrated cultural competence and a proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, showing sensitivity and respect for different perspectives, values, and customsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskProven experience successfully handling employee relations and performance management issuesAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion#J-18808-Ljbffr
