SKT w as formed in 1999 with a vision to become one of the preeminent professional services firms in the country and to provide opportunity and prosperity to the people of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes (CSKT). Since inception, the enterprise has grown into a family of ten subsidiary companies that support federal and commercial customers around the world.

The Technical Support Specialist IT Service Desk will provide customer service for Government Client with printer consumables and other IT services.

Job Requirements **Qualifications:** Two years IT experience is desired

**Special knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to customer service.

Excellent written and oral communications skills

IT experience is highly desired. Must have extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, Access) and computer competences.

Essential job skills are technical abilities and the ability to identify various computer components.

Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize workflow as needed while maintaining communications with other support personnel and supervisor.

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent

**Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:**

Current drivers license, proof of U.S. citizenship;

The ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

+ Strong preference given to candidates who meet all job requirements and possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
