Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in Brockton, MA, with some flexibility for remote work.

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will handle administrative tasks while assisting the HR department.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating HR-related documentation, managing employee records, facilitating meetings, supporting executive administrative tasks, and providing excellent communication and customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, including employee record management and HR documentation
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance for leadership and team support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with employees and external contacts
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multifaceted responsibilities
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with HR software systems is advantageous
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
Experience in a health or human services environment is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
