    We are hiring immediately for all locations the New Ulm, Mankato, Waseca, and St. Peter areas

    Who we are: Hoffmann Counseling Services is a rapidly growing, non-profit, community wellness agency serving rural south, central Minnesota. We have offices in St. Peter, Mankato, New Ulm, and Waseca. We provide outpatient therapy as well as community based rehabilitative services that include CTSS and ARMHS.

    Starting range: 36, ,000 annually

    As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will have opportunities for diverse experiences with highly supportive and available clinical supervisor(s). You are encouraged to consult with colleagues and external providers to enhance the quality of care provided to your clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Facilitate individual and family skills activities with children, adolescents, adults, and families
    • Complete timely and professional written reports and documentation
    • Weekly consult meetings
    • Full time practitioners maintain up to 25 hours of client contact per week with payout for overage
    • Maintain reliable transportation to attend client sessions in the home, school, and community
    Qualifications:
    • Qualifying via education if you meet any one of the following:
      • Have a bachelor's degree and completed an internship in the mental health or related social services field
      • Speak something other than English fluently
      • If you are looking for your first graduate internship
      • Hold master's or other graduate degrees in behavioral sciences or related fields
    • Qualifying via work experience
      • Have at least 2,000 hours of experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families with mental illness, substance use, developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury
