    Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a skilled and dedicated Estates and Trusts Paralegal for a law firm in the Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in trusts and estates law and will assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
    • Prepare and file probate and trust administration documents with the court.
    • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status.
    • Conduct legal research on trusts and estates laws and regulations.
    • Organize and maintain client files and case documents.
    • Assist in the preparation of estate tax returns and other tax-related documents.
    • Coordinate with financial institutions, appraisers, and other professionals involved in estate matters.
    • Provide general administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal in trusts and estates law.
    • Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and probate procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Pay Details: $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience

    Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
