- We're hiring multiple bilingual (English/Spanish) Inbound Customer Care Representatives to support a new, high-impact contract in a contact center setting.
This team will be providing thoughtful, accurate and compassionate support to individuals navigating healthcare access and public benefit-related services.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in being reliable empathetic calm under pressure.
You'll be part of a team that values professionalism consistency doing right by the people on the other end of the line.
