    Knowledge and Experience:
    Required

    • Education
    o Bachelor's or University Degree in

    Computer Science ,

    Business ,

    Healthcare , or related field.
    Hands-on experience
    5+ years of Systems Administration & Application Development in SaaS applications

    Windows Server Expertise:
    Proficient in Windows Server 2019+ administration

    o DNS and Domain Services:
    Manage DNS configurations, domain services, and ensure seamless communication across the network.

    o Group Policy Management:
    Implement and maintain group policies to enhance security and streamline operations.

    o Networking Skills:
    Possess a strong background in networking, including DHCP, DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.

    o Linux Server Administration:
    Familiarity with Linux server administration, including installation, configuration, and security.
    o PowerShell &


    YAML:
    Mastery expected for system administration tasks & configuration management and deployment.

    o Azure Proficiency:
    Intermediate-level expertise in Microsoft Azure, including resource management and deployment.

    o Ansible and DevSecOps:
    Understand Ansible automation and contribute to our DevSecOps practices.
    Be self-directed, work with limited management direction, and exercise considerable latitude

    in determining the technical objectives of the assignment.
    Demonstrated ability to

    formulate strategies, communicate and build alignment

    on concepts from ideation to execution.
    Strong ability to

    influence, collaborate and build relationships

    with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
    Ability to

    assess potential opportunities, risks, and issues, and make recommendations

    to resolve or course-correct, as necessary.
    Ability to

    effectively manage meetings and work regularly with a variety of stakeholders .
    Effective verbal and written communication skills

    including the ability to create, translate, and execute technical deliverables.

    • Proven experience
    educating & influencing others

    and collaborating across all functions and levels in a highly matrixed organization.
    Desired
    Healthcare experience in

    Revenue Cycle Management with a focus on payer administration .

    Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of

    Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
    Application development

    including integration/extract development & API integration.
    Experience working with external vendors & distributed on/offshore teams.
    Preferred expertise in platforms such as Citrix, Load balancers, and Epic software.
