    83; Schedule: November 1, 2025 Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

    Practice Setting:
    inpatient and outpatient

    83; Type of cases and required procedures: Adult, Geriatric, Participation on a Tumor Board, Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

    83; Credentialing timeframe: 0-60 days

    83; Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

    83; Certifications required: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology and Basic Life Support (BLS)

    83; Licensure required: Active South Carolina license
