Description

The Williamsburg Winery is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic host or hostess who provides excellent customer service in a fun work environment. The ideal candidate is outgoing and possesses the ability to greet incoming and departing guests in a warm and welcoming manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make memorable first and last impressions as guests enter and exit the restaurant.
• Coordinate and communicate with guests regarding seating, schedule and maintain reservations, monitor activity to determine seating and dining flow.
• Guide guests to their table, present them with clean menus, and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Performs opening and closing duties as needed, assists others with side work including, but not limited to, cleaning, stocking, rolling silverware, etc.
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
• Answer incoming calls to the winery and address customer inquiries.
