    Description

    Key Responsibilities for the Denver Superintendent

    • Run/manage commercial construction project from start to finish
    • Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
    • Maintain quality and safety standards
    • Mentor and manage team members
    • Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
    • Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
    • Develop site utilization and logistic plans
    • Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism

    Profile

    The Denver Based Superintendent:
    • Ground up commercial construction experience
    • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial/ multifamily construction superintendent
    • Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
    • Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Denver based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
