    Description


    American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a CT Imaging department, requiring ARRT registration, CT certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.

    Details

    Work in a hospital-based CT Imaging department
    Operate all CT scanners in the main Imaging Department to perform diagnostic exams per physician orders
    Toshiba scanner experience is preferred

    Schedule:
    Thursdays 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and every Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM–11:30 PM (two 16-hour shifts on weekends)
    Requirements

    ARRT registration required
    CT certification required
    Current BLS/CPR required
    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
    High school diploma, GED, or college-level education required
    Experience at a comparable facility size required (500+ bed facility preferred)
    Ability to start IVs, administer medications, and administer contrast media
    License required if applicable
    SSN and DOB required for consideration
    1 professional reference required for consideration
    Additional Information

    Perform diagnostic CT exams according to physician orders using CT scanners in the main Imaging Department
    Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
