- Master of Science in Food Technology Food Science related field equivalent 8 + years experience leading developing coaching team demonstrated managing people direct report experience meat development variety R&D Management tools hardware software working knowledge food manufacturing scale understanding R&D experiment designs experience R&D data platforms digital tools emerging technologies proven track record innovation initiatives digital transformation within R&D environments budget experience retail CPG product development experience self-motivated hands-on results oriented must collaborate effectively various manufacturing marketing sales functional teams flexible able work well team environment comfortable fast paced changing environment excellent verbal written communication skills demonstrate effective leadership problem solving project management presentation employee motivational skills proficient Internet navigation Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
