Job summary
The Liaison Dispatcher Specialist manages units in service and provides System Status Management for special contract EMS units under the direct supervision of Communication Supervisors and the Communications Director.- Duties include dispatching units via digital two-way radio and paging system (Mobilis) as well as receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency calls using Zoll CAD software with 100% accuracy.
