Beynon Sports Surfaces, part of the Tarkett Sports Family, is the premier manufacture and installer of running tracks in North America.

Job Summary:

As the Assistant Construction Manager, your primary responsibility is providing support to the Construction Manager from pre-construction to closeout of new construction, reconstruction and renovation of Athletic, Running Track facilities. Successful candidate will have strong communication skills to build relationships with vendors and other departments to ensure work is done timely and accurately. On average you will be working on 15 plus projects at a time. This position does have some overnight travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities, not limited to:

•Manage project files and flow of information to various groups.

•Review and process project budget and job costs.

•Participate in developing and maintaining schedules.

•Drafting and processing contracts and change orders

•Provide job progress updates.

•Process closeout documents

•Work with multiple external vendors

•Assist with project files and supporting documents, site photos, drawings, etc.

Qualifications:

•Experience in the Construction Field

•Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.

•Higher education in Construction or Civil Engineering a plus.

•Ability to read and drawings and blueprints.

•Bluebeam software plus

•MS office Suite
