Your Role
Mission
Provide customer support for the Edmac customers, including responding to inquiries regarding pricing, order entry, delivery, order expedites, and credit, etc.
Customer Service.
Provide support for the customers, including responding to customer inquiries. Provide front-line telephone support to our customers. Provide pricing and product information to customers. Enter/submit orders for parts and equipment with the correct freight terms and conditions. Perform inquiries on inventory levels, shipping and order delivery information and expedite customer orders.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

Supervisory Responsibility
None.
Experience
Some customer service experience preferred.
Education
Preferred some technical knowledge.
Skills
Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced entrepreneurial organization. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

$45,000-60,000 base salary. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience and has been geographically adjuted.
