    What we are looking for Grammer is looking for a Sales Account Manager with sales experience in Off-Road Industry as supplier or being part of; to join our location in Hudson, WI.

    The ideal candidate will ultimately be responsible for understanding our customers needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value and build long lasting partnerships.

    You must enjoy working in a team environment and will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive change to in sales team Essential Duties and Responsibilities Execute regional sales strategies for increasing sales and profits.

    This position would focus on a specific market.

    (Agriculture, Construction, Material Handling, and Turf) Work with management to develop sales and marketing strategies to support selling to regional customers within their focus.

    Directly responsible for existing and potential customers Participate in customer review sessions:
    aligning and updating customers on supply chain, new products, innovations, and open communications on daily business.

    Actively plans and executes account strategies:
    defining value propositions & solutions to our customers


    Successfully controls monthly performance:
    monitoring volumes (orders), profitability (CM2), overdues, and ensuring immediate actions in case of any deviations. Effectively transitioning new business into operations to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.

    Work under minimal supervision on duties and tasks Competently connects virtually with related Global Key Account Managers exchanging sales updates on global customers.

    Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills SAP experience
    • Desired but not required Microsoft Office software experience Negotiations Skills High customer orientation and strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships within our customer base.
    Self-motivated and results oriented. Multi-task oriented. Analytical abilities. Ability to bend, lift seats, stretch may be required - occasionally during Trade Shows Experience 5-8 years related experience in Sales Experience with Sales Reps Agencies is a plus Experience in selling to off-road OEMs companies Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing Valid Driver's License Ability to travel greater than 50% 75% of time Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Tuition reimbursement programs 401(k) match Robust EAP services Developmental opportunities
