    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Nocturnist to join our Hospital team in North Carolina. As a key member of our nocturnal shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Admit patients and ensure accurate assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans are implemented

    • Cross-cover during nighttime hours with other Nocturnists for continuity of care

    • Liaise with tele ICU doctors for remote support as needed

    • Pursue performance-based bonuses through exceptional clinical practice and teamwork
