Job summary
As the Community Health Screener is an entry-level clinical role that supports the Community Engagement Coordinator at community engagement events.
Responsibilities
- Performs blood pressure, cholesterol, HbA1c and other health screenings under the direction and supervision of the Community Engagement Coordinator.
- Identifies participants with a health risk based on screening results and provides basic, linguistically, and culturally appropriate health education to participants under the supervision of the Community Engagement Coordinator.
