Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Capture Manager/Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the federal contracting space.Key responsibilities include: Conduct Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence research on customer requirements, acquisition trends, and competitive landscape to inform bid strategies. Engage and maintain customer & partner relationships with key government customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to position the company for future opportunities. Assist and/or lead the full lifecycle of business capture including opportunity identification qualification strategy development teaming arrangements proposal execution etc.
