Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team In this role you will be the driving force behind attracting top sales talent to our organization your energetic approach to sourcing engaging and hiring talented sales professionals will help us meet our ambitious business objectives- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales candidates through channels such as social media management ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS and HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes including behavioral interviews and technical recruiting assessments to evaluate candidate skills in negotiation sales techniques and relationship management.
