Description

• Oversee all aspects of product qualification including Production Part Approval Process, Source Approval Request and First Article Test
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to maintain high standards in project management and execution according to industry requirements
• Manage daily lifecycle of programs from postsale support to ensuring customer success
• Develop and manage comprehensive planning and scheduling for all assigned programs
• Coordinate with Engineering and R&D to submit test forms, oversee test procedures, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry standards
• Engage in handson operational tasks on the manufacturing floor
• Review customer solicitations and document contract accuracy

• B.S. degree in an engineering discipline
• 5 or more years of engineering experience, leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tool
• Ability to accurately read and interpret government contracts and engineering drawings
