Under the Magic Pine Tree is not a typical early learning program.
We are a Reggio-inspired school known for calm classrooms, beautiful environments, and strong relationships with families.
We are seeking a dependable, warm School Support Teacher who enjoys moving throughout the school helping wherever needed.
This role is essential to keeping the entire school running smoothly.
This Role Is a Great Fit For Someone Who:

Struggles with punctuality or attendance
What You'll Do
- Support classrooms across the school
- Cover teacher lunch and restroom breaks
- Step into classrooms when staff are absent
- Assist with supervision, routines, and activities
- Help maintain calm, organized environments
Be a positive, steady presence for children and staff
What Matters Most
We can train skills.
We cannot train reliability, kindness, or professionalism.
No prior experience required — paid training provided.
- Schedule
Full-time or part-time available
Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Typical shifts: 8–4:30, 8:30–5, or 9–5:30
Requirements
- Age 18+
- Able to pass background check
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to professional growth
