Accounting Specialist

Rugged Science is seeking an individual with accounting, payroll and data entry experience who is eager to join a growing company.

The candidate will be expected to work and participate in a highly-collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow with an exciting company.

The position encompasses Accounting, Payroll, and various administrative duties with the potential to develop into a focused position based on individual preference as the company grows.

Job Responsibilities
Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
Daily Invoicing
Daily Cash Receipts
Accounts

Payable/Receivables
Administer Company Credit Card Program
Assist with Monthly Balance Sheet Schedule Reconciliations
Prepare Bi-Weekly Payroll Journal Entries, Monthly Recurring Journal Entries
Assist with Fixed Asset Management
Electronic Filing of Sales Tax Returns
Maintain Electronic Document Storage System
Other Accounting and Business Flow Duties as Required

Accounting Degree Preferred
2+ years Accounting Experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Products
Proficient in Data Entry
ERP Experience with Global Shop Preferred
