    Are you ready to take your driving career to the next level? We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Company Driver at our yard in Obetz, OH. Enjoy the freedom of driving with a company-owned truck, all while being part of a supportive and dynamic team

    Position Highlights

    • Type: Company Driver - We provide the truck at no cost to you
    • Travel: Generally 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).
    • Work Schedule: Based on customer needs, with plans to build more dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company.
    • Freight: Drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Equipment: Drive a 2020 or newer sleeper truck, well-maintained, with the option to take it home if secure parking is available.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
    • Deadhead Rates: Fair compensation for deadhead miles.
    • Breakdown/Maintenance Pay: $200 per day for any breakdowns on the road (max $1k a week).
    • Flexible Dispatch: We accommodate your home time and different schedules, with a super organized and communicative dispatch team.

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum of 3 years CDL A experience
    • Age: 25 years or older (under 75 for insurance reasons)
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on MVR
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years
