    About Savoy Life

Savoy Life is a healthcare startup focused on making healthcare work for seniors and their caregivers. Savoy aims to make aging better for everyone by restoring agency to seniors and integrating caregiving into the heart of healthcare—so that every moment leads to smarter decisions, greater dignity, and better outcomes. We partner with senior living communities to coordinate and manage clinical gaps for seniors, their caregivers, and the care ecosystem. Our team of clinical experts is deployed both in‑person and virtually, paired with proprietary technology to provide instant leverage for the community and fill gaps in care without disrupting current services. We honor seniors' existing care team, including primary care via wrap‑around services, to give them the high‑quality care and support they deserve on their terms.

    Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations—a brand‑new role to support this new chapter at Savoy. This role includes managing RNs who provide care coordination with seniors and their care team, and building on the existing foundation to further extend the RN role within Savoy. An active RN license is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • RN Manager
      • Manage a growing team of RN care coordinators
      • Hire, onboard, train/shadow, and complete competency checks for new hires
      • Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for on‑site staff to support high‑quality resident care
      • Identify improvement opportunities through team feedback, direct and indirect observation, and build the structure and training to execute on those changes
    • Clinical Operations Support
      • Support everything from frontline clinical workflows to behind‑the‑scenes operational execution
      • Support day‑to‑day operations for the Savoy care team to ensure the team is supported, resident needs are met, and customers are happy
      • Grow and strengthen the overall clinical operations foundation by building processes for non‑RN roles, providing inputs on new technology builds, creating training materials, and maintaining a clean shared file
      • Assist in designing, implementing, and refining clinical workflows, protocols, and standard operating procedures
      • Support operational scaling efforts by documenting processes, training staff, and adapting workflows as programs evolve
      • Help maintain clinical compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements through audits, documentation, and process oversight

    Qualifications

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Strong background in geriatric/senior care, with depth of experience in care coordination with complex patients
    • Experience managing nurses and passionate about leading a team
    • Experience working in or with senior living communities
    • Passionate and motivated by Savoy's mission and vision
    • Demonstrates a strong "yes‑and" mindset—steps in wherever needed to support the team and organization, prioritizing outcomes over personal task preferences or rigid role boundaries
    • Strong ability to create structure from scratch as well as improve existing structure
    • Strong leadership skills focused on building strong relationships, supporting a positive culture, and ensuring outcomes are met
    • Proficiency in learning and leveraging an array of technologies
    • Detail‑oriented with the ability to leverage technology to stay organized and track a variety of moving pieces
    • Strong "say‑do" ratio—ability to complete tasks based on agreed‑upon dates or communicate clearly and early if a date must be delayed
    • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt to new processes as the role and organization evolve
    • Ability to juggle many tasks and switch between tasks throughout the day
    • Purpose‑driven with a positive attitude to contribute towards a strong culture and passionate about improving senior care
    • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and growing startup organization as the role and company evolve
    • 100% employer‑paid, comprehensive health care including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
    • Paid maternity and paternity for 14 weeks at employees' normal pay
    • Unlimited PTO, with management approval
    • Opportunities for professional development and continued learning
    • Optional 401(k), FSA, and equity incentives available
