Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Network Administrator for a direct hire opportunity. The Network Administrator will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our organization's network infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
Configure and manage network services such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and VLANs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Network Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.
