Summary – Structural Design Engineer
The Entry-Level Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for creating structural designs for transportation-related structures, with a primary focus on bridges.

Responsibility Summary – Structural Design Engineer
Assist in the development of structural designs for transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, retaining walls, and other related structures.
Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to analyze project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other project components, such as roadway alignments and drainage systems.
Participate in site visits and field inspections to assess existing conditions and support construction activities.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in structural engineering.
Qualification Summary – Structural Design Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
Strong academic background in structural analysis, mechanics, and design principles.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar programs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
