Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Registered Nurse at DaVita Kidney Care in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Daily tasks include administering medication, monitoring patients' vital signs, assessing patient needs, creating and implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families about kidney disease management.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in dialysis or nephrology is preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
