    We are the Orlando International Airport The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) operates OIA and the Orlando Executive Airport. Our airport is a world-class facility serving more than 55 million guests each year and growing.

    POSITIONSUMMARY:
    ConfirmGreater Orlando Aviation Authority's (Aviation Authority) compliance with allstatutory requirements for public records management. Oversee various types ofrecords and provide support to other departments within the organization.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


    Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Library Sciencesthree (3) years in a records management position for a large organization, oran equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    Requires a strong working knowledge and thorough understanding of records management.
    General knowledge of Public Records Law, Florida law preferred.
    Strong organizational abilities.
    Demonstrated administrative skills and attention to detail.
    Experience with Oracle Financial System or similar system preferred.
    Excellent computer and word processing skills.
    Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work.
    Ability to interact effectively with employees, various departments and other individuals.
    Strong communication skills to assist department records staff, conduct related training exercises.
    Knowledge of Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
