The Asset Manager will oversee a portfolio of over $500M of AuM. These assets include hospitality, multifamily, office & retail.

What You'll Be Doing:
Execute and modify the strategic business plan for the investment thesis of each asset in the portfolio.
Collaborate with the finance team to track and monitor debt covenants and perform loan closings.

Work directly with the President of the Property Management Group and assist in oversight of property management initiatives of developed properties.

Oversee investor distributions, cash management, asset reporting, and entity manager meetings.
Meet with and report to members of the executive team periodically.
Manage teams of associates and analysts.


About You:
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
5+ years of Asset Management or transaction experience.
Hospitality asset management or transactional experience a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
