    As a Personal Care Assistant - Caregiver, your day begins with purpose and ends with fulfillment. From assisting with daily activities to offering heartfelt companionship, each interaction leaves a lasting impact on the lives of our clients. Whether you're helping with personal hygiene or engaging in stimulating conversation, your dedication to excellence sets the standard for compassionate care

    TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:

    • To be 18+ years
    • To have reliable personal transportation
    • To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
    • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
    • Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

    We would prefer:

    • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
    • A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
    • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
