    Job Summary

    The Industrial Security Manager (ISM) is a multi-faceted security position responsible for all aspects of Security overseeing Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSO) and serving as a Program Security Manager.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight, management, and implementation of contractual security requirements for engineering development labs and multifunction facilities utilizing the 32 CFR part 117 NISPOM rule, DoDM series, ICD 705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).

    The ISM will oversee risk management and enforcing compliance for the company and classified program(s), while applying experience in security concepts, principles, and practices, to analyze and resolve security issues.

    Responsibilities
    Manage the Program Security Team while ensuring compliance for all security requirements for Collateral, SCI and SAP programs while providing technical expertise concerning all security disciplines; evaluate and deliver performance reviews
    Oversee successful support of staff assisted visits, security reviews and inspections as well as conducting initial, recurring and refresher security education training
    Oversee process of accreditation of facilities; ensure maintenance of accreditation artifacts for all facilities, ensure accreditations are accurate and current
    Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables for security. This includes but is not limited to IS & Physical Security Plans, Management Plans and Test Plans. Provide comments and recommendations as required
    Assist with the development of Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP); Review and provide comments for Statements of Work, contracts, Request for Proposal (RFP), and various Security Plans
    Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that adhere to government policy and regulations Additionally, craft policies that telegraph procedures for operations at the company level
    Minimum Qualifications
    This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility (U.S. Citizenship Required. A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.     5-7 years of CPSO/Industrial Security experience (m

    ust have experience with SAP's)
    Candidate must be knowledgeable of the following Government policies; NISPOM, DoDM Vol 1-4, DoD SAP Manuals, ICD-705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (ICD/ICS 705 compliance documents), DoD Vol 1-3, Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Manual Series, The Security, Use and Dissemination of Sensitive Compartmented Information, JSIG
    Experience with generating DD-254s and sub-contractor oversight

    Experience with physical construction of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs); ICD-705 knowledge OPSEC & Program Protection Planning experience.

    Experience developing Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP)
    Experience and proficiency as a Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO)
    Experience conducting indoctrinations pertaining to classified program information, general and program specific security awareness, and ad hoc briefings related to maintaining Secure environment
    Experience with handling, transporting, documenting, and accounting for classified material
    Experience with the successful support of staff assisted visits, security reviews and compliance inspections
    1-2 years managing and developing high performing teams supporting Industrial Security management
    Experience leading small groups and teams
    Preferred Qualifications
    Demonstrable success in developing scalable process improvements to support evolving business needs
    Experience working with the Intelligence Community (IC)
    Experience with performing Communication Security (COMSEC) custodial duties and managing COMSEC account (including inventory, distribution, and destruction)
    Drafting artifacts in support of the transportation of classified material
    Be able to relate to a diversified customer base and be knowledgeable of DoD operations
    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong rapport and trusted partnerships with cross functional stakeholders

    Summary Pay-Range

    Level K:
    $111,350 - $163,750
