    What We Offer:

    • Pay: Base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year + generous commission package. Potential of $100,000 - $150,000 per year with full package

    Who We're Looking For:

    We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Engineer The ideal candidate would have mechanical experience in the compressed air or HVAC industries, and would have experience with engineering a technical solution for their customers.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    Lead Generation

    • Generate additional leads on top of leads generated by the Business Development department through vicinity contacts, referrals and networking.

    Lead Conversion

    • Convert leads generated by the Business Development department by following a sales process that includes site visits, system assessments, quoting and closing of sales

    Project Management

    • See through projects to completion including coordinating the installation (if that was part of the sale)
    • Complete all paperwork associated with the project, including any utility rebate

    Follow-Up

    • Follow-up is the key to successful sales procedures.
    • Follow-up of leads, follow-up of quotes
    • Follow-up on completed projects
    • Asking for referrals

    Data Entry

    • Enter data into the Salesforce ERP System, including but not limited to: appointments, tasks, quotes, sales orders & projects

    Work Location: On the road
