Job summary
We are seeking a Central Sterile Processing Technician to support our Operating Room as your primary customer.In this fast-paced environment you will ensure instruments are cleaned assembled sterilized and ready for patients. Ensure timely accurate cleaning inspection assembly sterilization and distribution of surgical instruments equipment in accordance with regulatory standards manufacturer instructions Support daily operational flow by maintaining instrument quality case readiness for surgical services Assemble surgical trays case carts to meet OR procedural schedules helping prevent delays Monitor document interpret sterilization parameters to ensure equipment safety compliance Operate troubleshoot decontamination sterilization equipment Maintain inventory demonstrate cost-conscious use of supplies Communicate effectively with Operating Room procedural teams to support safe efficient care Participate in performance improvement initiatives ongoing education Contribute positive respectful work environment one that s an enjoyable place come work each day
