Job summary
The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency and integrity of AG's financial systems. This position manages accounts payable and receivable vendor and contract documentation supports reconciliations audits and systems integration across AG's nonprofit and investment-related entities.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor setup invoice processing payment workflows using , Ramp Salesforce Sage Intacct Review coding approvals to ensure alignment with AG's chart of accounts policies budget structure Track reconcile accounts receivable multiple funding sources entities Maintain complete compliant vendor documentation W-9s ACH forms contracts insurance certificates Serve primary contact routing review execution contracts Memoriam Understanding MOUs Centralize audit-ready contract database Salesforce Collaborate internal teams verify contract terms deliverables payment schedules Prepare reports summarizing active contracts renewals expirations leadership review Partner external accountants finance team reconciliations accruals prepaids Maintain schedules documentation support accurate monthly annual reporting Identify research escalate discrepancies compliance issues as needed Support annual audit preparation data requests document organization Ensure adherence internal controls authorization thresholds standards Monitor compliance IRS GAAP internal financial policies Develop new procedures improve efficiency ensure audit readiness Support integration data consistency Ramp Salesforce Sage Intacct Contribute implementation FP&A tools improve reporting forecasting Help document workflows strengthen coordination finance operations program teams Participate process improvement initiatives enhance scalability transparency Work closely HR Operations Program teams alignment between contracts payments compliance Provide excellent service communication staff vendors partners Model values integrity collaboration accountability aspect financial operations
