    How You Will Contribute:

    As a Tax Support Services Associate you will support the direct tax team responsibilities to comply with federal, state, and international tax payment and filing requirements, and for the financial reporting of the company's tax expense. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Administer the distribution of incoming department mail efficiently and accurately.
    • Assemble and coordinate the mailing of tax returns, forms, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with filing requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and tax payments.
    • Document and maintain records to demonstrate compliance with internal controls.
    • Maintain tax calendar and reporting requirements using tax software tools
    • Facilitate the acquisition of signatures and approvals as needed.
    • Support the broader Direct Tax team with preparation of various schedules and spreadsheets.
    • Perform and maintain reconciliations of tax accounts
    • Prepare basic tax forms
    • May also perform general administrative duties to support business as required.

    The Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
    • Knowledge of basic tax principles and processes
    • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including spreadsheets and document management systems.

    Assets:

    • Experience in a tax or financial services environment
    • Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new technology solutions

    Experience working in a virtual or hybrid environment
